I did it from my wife's computer that is using OE5 (Outlook Express 5). I
have XP Pro both at home and at the office (6.00.2600.0000 is XP). OE seems
to add the "To: <Undisclosed-Recipient:;>" in both versions, 5 & 6.

I do not have any other clients installed to test further. I do recall my
earlier message asking what clients were in use, so I would want to see if
OE was the only one using the Undisclosed-Recipient in there. If only some
clients cause the problem and others work fine (other than MS brands) then I
would be more inclined to harp on the clients. But if MS is the only one
that works... ;)
