well the following portion pretty much rules out email doesn't it

To enable this, the license permits a maximum of 10 computers to access and use 
Windows NT Workstation 4.0 operating system resources and services. This includes file 
and print services, peer Web services, remote access services, etc., as well as the 
following applications which utilize Windows NT Workstation operating system resources 
and services: web-based applications, Telnet, Remote Command, E-mail and Groupware 
servers, database servers, X Windows, NFS servers and other custom applications.
