First, have you looked here: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19981110-DD02.htm Second, are the DNS servers for Imail the same as those for Windows, and can those servers give you the right MXs via direct NSLOOKUP? Your server is getting 209.64.63.50 for emc.com, and that's way out of the subnet for the five MXs that I get. In fact, it's the A record for emc.com. This coincides with having the wrong DNS servers listed in Imail, but possibly the right one(s) in Windows, per the above KB article.
