For $249 Declude is worth it. No other rules based method will
catch as much spam. We created a list of rules for declude - we
have two versions one that go to spambox and one that goes to null.

During signup users can choose which one and then at anytime they
can go into the filtering page and with a radio button choose to
copy/append a different rule set or modify them using the standard
interface since all we did was add the info to their rules file.
We found this makes both pop3 and web users happy. Most pop3
filter to null, most web to the spam box.
