That's because you are using a Hotmail account. :)
Seriously, though, if you let us know the domain in question, we can find
out what the problem is if mail isn't getting to your mail
server. Otherwise, we can only guess (probably a DNS issue, but it could
be something as "simple" as a network connection issue).
