I actually think spam cop is pretty good. First, they notify you at the abuse address - so make sure that address is working. Second, you can appeal your listing by contacting [EMAIL PROTECTED] . Third, if people are falsely accusing you of spamming they can have their spamcop account disabled. Some people may be too incompetent to have a email account - the person who reports you for a virus notification is an example.
We have received many good reviews from our client on our spam filtering efforts and spamcop is one of the tests that we use.
