The problem I had is, There was a empty mailbox was there some how in the
user dropdown list of user administration screen.

I deleted the empty user from user administration web template screen, It
deleted the user folder and at same time, it deleted all the mailboxes in
the user folders.

I am using External sql2000 database and Imail v7.05.

I assume , there is no primary key set for UserID column. I still don't
know, How it excepted empty userID in Imail as well as in table.

Now I set UserID as primary key and backing up mailboxes.

Hmmm, I thought Postmaster was an alias. I can understand things getting
messed up if you set up a postmaster userid due to the processing this
account does.
