If your DNS for both locales is administered by someone else, you
should contact them directly to have them put the right records in
place.

The right records are:

- An A record for your Imail server's hostname.

- An MX record for your domain that points to that A record.

- A PTR record ("Reverse DNS") for your Imail server's IP address.

Of course, these records have to be added to functional DNS
infrastructures for your forward (A, MX) and reverse (PTR) zones.
Often, these infrastructures are hosted by two different providers, so
you have to track them both down.

DNS is no simple matter, so I still don't think you've figured out to
ask the question you want us to answer.
