We set up a batch process from a *nix machine to pump 1000s of messages into our
server via our Symantec AV Gateway. It took about 6 minutes for the 1000 messages to
complete and they all arrived eventually. Usually about 7 to 10 messages arrived but
stayed in the queue and got delivered the next time the queue process ran.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Imail ver 6.06 stress test

How is the best way to go about stress testing a Imail server without
putting one into production?

Thanks,

J.R.
