But when there are software design flaws such as those that exist in web messaging - the peer support is worthless except to share the grief.
I will admit - ispwitch support has been helpful in the sense of trying things, responding etc - after my service agreement had run out - but that doesn't mean the issue is resolved. There are people on this list who are a great help and resource, but unless they are going to rewrite the software, we are still stuck looking to ipswitch for the fixes. Of course odbc seemed to have been fixed by a user, so maybe some of you need to stop being so lazy and start rewriting web messaging - for free of course...
