We have the following procedure we do each week: We compile a list of current job openings, post it to the web site and send it to a mailing list.
This all works fine, but I've been looking at using iMail's program aliases and some scripting to accomplish the process by a user simply mailing the list to a specific mail address. Here are the steps I need to automate: 1) Reject mailings from all but a few users/addresses (Prevent anyone from sending a bogus mail) 2) Forward the mail to the iMail List that we currently send out through 3) Copy the attachment to a specific folder on the server 4) Return a confirmation that the process has completed So my questions are: Does anyone do something similar already? Are there any sample scipts/setup someone can send me or point me to to help me set this up? Thnaks for your help.
