Hi, I'm hoping that someone on the list can help me with an iMail problem that I am having. About 2 weeks ago, I began moving some of my customers [web & email] from a server in one data center, to a private T1 line. This change did require a change in IP addresses for their web/mail servers.
All seemed to go well, but I have one lingering problem that I cannot seem to fix, something I have not seen before. Ever since moving to the new server I have users complaining that they are not receiving email messages with attachments. It appears that email without attachments delivers fine, but messages with attachments just disappear. I've checked the mail server via the old IP address and the mail is not being delivered there.
