Hi, One for all UK Imail users.
I have just bought a one year service agreement for Imail, so we can upgrade to the latest version. We are currently using version 4, upgraded to version 5.09. Our original product was purchased from Research Machines, and they rebadged IMail as a product called EasyMail. I have come to register the agreement at http://activate.ipswitch.com and it asks me for the serial number of our original product. I have never received a serial number. I have spoken to RM, and they say that Ipswitch have told them that as they supply it OEM, we wouldn't get a serial number anyway. Anybody any ideas or suggestions??
