JW,

Please send KillerWebMail support issues to [EMAIL PROTECTED], or subscribe
to our IMail Admin list at http://humankindsystems.com/lists/, for best
results.

In quick answer to your question, perhaps the user isn't selecting the
message in the expected way. For example, checking the checkbox on the
left of the message list is NOT the way to select a message for printing.
The checkbox is used for deleting and moving. The proper way to select for
printing in KillerWebMail is to click the subject line so that the message
shows in the preview pane, then click the Print button. This works
properly at http://killerwebmail.com/, so if it doesn't on your
installation, send us a url and login offlist to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Thanks,

Ron Hornbaker
