Our Killer templates have a configurable timeout, made possible by the frameset design and a hidden, auto-refreshing frame that keeps the session fresh every X minutes, until Y minutes of inactivity. There is *nothing* more annoying to your users than spending 30 minutes composing the perfect long email, hitting Send, and losing the message.
