We bought our 250 Imail license from CDW and they charged nowhere near the $239.97 price you mentioned. If you look closely, you will see this is for an annual service agreement, not the product.
Tim - I don't know if Ipswitch does this, but have you talked with Ipswitch about becoming a resale partner? Many companies do this, you know.
