I bet it's UID, not UBID.

The  UID is a message-specific ID issued by the server and used by the
client to keep track of what messages/headers have already been cached
locally.  When  you try to move a message, even though you might think
it's  happening  on  the  client,  it's  actually  just  using the UID
"handle"  to  move  it  on  the  server.  If, for any reason, that UID
doesn't  exist anymore (case: you have downloaded and deleted messages
from the same mailbox using POP3), the move won't be able to process.

Get  a  good backup of client and server, then try using the option in
your  MUA  to  delete the local cache and resync with the server. Note
that if there are messages in the cache that no longer are actually on
the  server,  they'll  be  deleted. You can safeguard against this, if
your MUA supports it (OE does), by dragging the locally cached message
into  a non-IMAP Inbox. This actually creates a standalone copy of the
cached message which is no longer dependent on the server.
