For the port 8181 issue, make sure your firewall is not stripping
authentication headers. This is the scheme used for this port (IMonitor).

For 8383, can you retrieve, reply, forward mail? If you can't do any sending
processes I would make sure you have IMail1.exe in your IMail root directory
and nothing else named that anywhere on your system. If you can retrieve but
nor do any of the send functions, this is a sign of mis-matched templates.
Which version (exactly) of IMail are you running, <7.0?>?
