I have been using F-Prot A/V for a while now (I'm quite happy with
the product BTW) but I recently recommended it for a customer who
also runs ISA server as a fire wall. I installed an instance of
F_Prot for windows, and attempted to run the updater. The updater
couldn't resolve a server after numerous attempts. I am not the
most adept at configuring ISA server so I decided to just research
the issue before jumping in. Is it more likely that I encountered
the unusual but not unheard of hang up of the F_Prot updater, or
is the ISA server the culprit? The locally logged in user had
permissions to access the internet. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
