I was considering 10 myself....30 would be nice but this server is a
DINOSAUR. Its old and slow but its been running like a champ for the most
part. In fact, this user has sent out this big mailing list plenty of times
before and this is the first time its had a problem....

one guy here wanted to limit SMTP for a big list send from eating his
T1.  I recommened setting SMTP senders to 4 or 5 or even less.

As too often happens, we never heard back if it worked.  :((
