What MUA is used to generate the message (X-Mailer: header)? > Has anyone else seen this problem? Sure, broken MUAs can make bad MIME very easily, and permissive MUAs can let them get away with it. Conversely, it could be using certain types of allowed (non-broken) encoding that neither Outlook nor WM "gets." Can you include a censored copy of the mail as a textfile?
