Are you using [EMAIL PROTECTED] in Outlook for the incoming server account name? Also are you using the IP address or the server name for the POP name (just in case try the IP and see if it works)?

Make sure the server names are correct and where is asks for account name make sure you are using the full email address you want to check. Then if that doesn't work, send a log bit to the list showing your connection attempt.
