I sent this after your last post so here it is again. We have it running with no problem for a year now. IPSWITCH said they would put an article in the knowledge base documenting how to set it up. I guess they forgot.
Basically you need to combine the GeoTrust cert and the server cert in the same file. GeoTrust was formerly Equifax.
