This is not technically an Imail question, as the server that answers at emailserver.phoenixgold.com (208.187.38.5 according to my DNS) is no version of Imail that I recognize. If you think you're running Imail, there's a major part of your problem. If not, please let us know a bit more about your setup and where Imail fits into the picture.
