One way to do it using just html is to use a fram and put your email inside
the fram so that the users see only the fame url,
not the web mail url. To open this in a new window just use the
target="windowname" in the <a href=""> tag.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Open Web Msg in New Window

> Hi,
>
> We have a client with a membership based site where all users have
usernames and passwords. We have created Imail host on dedicated IP using
ODBC. Once a user has logged in to the site they can click a link to log
them straight into Imail web messaging.
>
> Everything is working great but we would like to use Javascript (or any
other recommendations) to create a new sized window without the address bar
or menu bar because we are trying to obscure the web messaging URL as much
as possible so users must login to site to get to their email.
>
> The site is written in VBScript for .asp but we know VERY little about
Javascript.
