We need to be able to automatically delete messages daily from an individual user's mailbox but NOT delete messages from other users' mailboxes within the same domain. It seems like we could -
a. schedule a daily process to run the command line utility, immsgexp.exe, to delete messages over 1 day old by pointing to just the specific user's folder, or b. create a dummy/fictitious domain, like 'auto-deletes.com', in Imail and forward all of the specific user's mail to a Userid there (e.g., '[EMAIL PROTECTED]') and have the dummy domain set to automatically delete after 1 day. Though a real kludge, it seems like this would work. Here's my question - is there a better way to accomplish this?
