You may be able to get such a file from Ipswitch support.
However, the standard procedure with IMail to make sure you are running the
latest version is to follow three steps:
[1] Install any copy of the most recent major version (IE 7.xx)
[2] Install any upgrade to a minor version (IE 7.06)
[3] Install a patch to the latest hotfix (IE 7.06HF2)
Of course, Step 3 isn't necessary if there are no hotfixes for the latest
minor version, which is often the case.
