IMail does not have built-in support for SSL for SMTP/POP3. However, you can use an SSL tunnelling program (such as the one at http://www.stunnel.org ) to accomplish the same thing. It should be noted that SSL with SMTP/POP3 only adds limited security, as any E-mail from the "outside world" coming into the SMTP server will almost always be done with an insecure connection. However (aside from the slight performance hit) I can't imagine that using SSL would be a bad thing. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
