Thanks Mark and Sandy.

For the heck of it, I put Imail on port 80 on the same machine with IIS, 
but not on the same port number.

Example: www.somedomain.com on 67.36.49.100

and

mail.somedomain.com on 67.36.49.101


It works.

The second server is a much more elegant solution.
