We have a Cold Fusion CFX thing that lets us use the command line - we enter the data into a database, pass the username and password to the CFX wotsit, that uses addusr, then redirects. The easybarcelona.com domain uses the native Imail user database (registry). I'm not sure of the heritage of the CFX we're using - whether it's freely available or not, but if anyone wants it it's available.
