Three more questions... 1) Is he having problems replying to all his messages or just that one? Just wondering if it's something in the message.
2) If you log in as him or if he logs in using IE5.5 or IE5.0, does the problem still exist? You might also want to have him forward the message to you so you can try replying to the message on the various browsers. I'm interested to see how this one turns out. 3) Is it possible to FORWARD or REPLY ALL to the message instead of a REPLY? IMail uses different templates for forward, reply, and reply all, but the code on each template is basically the same. -Norm -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Norman J. A Web Messaging user is using IE6 and he always gets an "Invalid post action" error stating that the action has failed when he tries to reply to an email. Clearing the cache didn't have any effect.
