Hi all We are using Declude and we send warnings to the sender (1) , the receipient(2) and to ourselves(3). I think all of them are important. 1 - Usually machines are infected and theirs owners dont realize that. It helps them to keep the computers clean. 2 - Some users complain because they do not receive mails they are waiting for. The warnings solve that problem (most). 3 - We can monitor the level of virus activity among our users. It give us the chance to help our customers if case they are infected (in just a few cases the virus definition updates arrive later than the virus)
FYI: we have less than 1000 users.
