I wouldn't suggest blocking the IP, no matter how many viruses are coming
from it. That's because the IP is most likely the mailserver of someone
who would normally send mail to one of your users. Then, when they get rid
of the virus and start sending "good" mail again, your user is going to
complain, and tracking down the problem to a banned IP can sometimes take a
while to figure out.
