Hello All!

I've been experiencing trouble sending email to a number of AOL users that are subscribed to a list. All of my DNS setting are correct, as verified by AOL tech Support and I've been informed that it appears the messages are being filtered before getting to a users account.

They requested a copy of my SMTP logs for a few of the users in question and when I sent it they claim they are not providing enough information. They are only getting the mail relay its sent to and the 250 Sent message and they want the actual mail server that it was handed off to. I realize they should be able to get this information, probably easier that I but I've been working on a solution to this problem for over a year now and this is the first time I've actually gotten somewhere.

So my question is can the SMTP log file capture the data they're looking for? And if so how.

Thanks for any suggestions.

George
