Hello Tim,

You do, indeed, have a big task infront of you.  With a system of that 
magnitude, I would seriously start thinking of something based on UNIX -- 
Solaris or Linux.  Check out SuSE's Email Server III -- I certainly believe 
this is worth investigating.
