Does anyone from Ipswitch post solutions on this list?

Hi Scott, my frustration has nothing to do with what
*I* tell *my* computer to do, it's entirely attributable
to what the programmer of <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
has told *it* to do. By the way, I do read all of the
emails here, which is why I only want to be removed
from this list as a last resort (thanks for the info).

Hi Katie, been there numerous times, done that numerous
times, hurled on the tshirt etc etc. The URL you
recommended generates the following autoreply:

| Dear [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
|
| We have received a request from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to make the following
| additions or changes to your subscriptions to Ipswitch Discussion Lists:
|
| ======Please Do Not Edit Below This Line======
|
| set mode digest IMail_Forum
|
| If you would like to make these changes, just reply to this message
| without editing the text.
|
| If you did not ask for these changes, just ignore this message, and
| nothing will be done. If you requested changes, but these are not what
| you asked for, please visit
http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html.
|
| Thank you,
|
| Ipswitch, Inc.

If you reduce the message to just one line of text in the body, nothing
happens and nothing comes back at all (possibly bad config, probably bad
design). Admittedly when you DO follow the instructions exactly and send a
reply "without editing the text", something actually DOES come back:

| Message-Id: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
| From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] (IMail_Forum)
| To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
| Subject: Unsuccessful Set Mode Command
|
| You are already on list IMail_Forum in DIGEST MODE!

Sadly the above information is a LIE, and worst of all I'm STILL being
flooded with individual list messages. Please can anyone on this list
tell me if IMail Forum digest mode actually WORKS?

Increasingly annoyed regards, BB

Why are you sending an E-mail to that address? I'm not surprised
there is no response -- I've never heard of IMail having an
address [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to
be removed from this list.

If you read any of the E-mails here, you'll see this link.

I can understand your frustration, but computers can only do what
they are told to do. :)

Please can anyone explain how I can stop receiving individual messages from
this list? I've sent the following message 4 times with absolutely nada in
response:

Frustrated regards, BB

PS: Katie, if I can't figure out how to update my list options pretty soon,
there's gonna be one less!
