Yes, it is held in the spool directory.

That's trickier.
Unless you have another mailserver set up to accept mail for that address
(in which case you could edit your HOSTS file to have the E-mail routed to
the other server), you would need to find and re-send each E-mail manually
(by editing the "R" line in the Q*.SMD file). It wouldn't be a fun task,
and you would need to be careful (IE a typo in the address to send to would
cause the E-mail to bounce).
