[IMail Forum] virtual host ldap options

Hello,

I have several virtual hosts set up and am unable to use LDAP because they don't have IP addresses.

Is it possible or advised to set up another host with an IP, populated with user names and e-mail addresses for LDAP queries only?

My goal is for the users to be able to access a common addressbook. Any advice would be appreciated.
