It depends on what you mean by "all other stuff". If you're looking to get a lot of the common obvious spams, you could try using a higher-than-usual weight. Whereas most people will use a weight of around 10-15 to block E-mail, you could raise that to 20 or so. That will block less E-mail (allowing more of those "quasi-legitimate" E-mails through), but will help make sure the most blatant spam gets blocked.
