Hello! We moved some domains from one server to another. The version on the old server was 6.0, the new one has IMail version 7.0.
Now we have problems with one customer, because it owns two domains. On the old server it was quite easy: we added the other domain as an host alias and everything was working fine. Now with the newer version users cannot login by web messaging to the host alias (e.g. the official host name is mail.company.com, host aliases are company.com and company.net, users can login to the mail.company.com but not to the mail.company.net! If you send a mail to the address [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED], both mail goes to the users mailbox. The problem is only in login via web messaging. And we really didn't have this problem with older version. I've searched Ipswitch Knowledge Base but didn't find any help.
