Hi! Thanks for the tip earlier about deleting the index file on the server for a user's account to hopefully clear up IMAP header downloading errors in Outlook.
I have a new problem I am unsure about. I have an account set as a Host Administrator (my account) and using the default IMAIL 7 web template, when I try to administer other accounts using my ID on the webmail, it pops me out into the main IMail login screen. If I try to edit my own ID though, I can do just everything fine. What would be popping me out of the webmail to the login screen when I try to edit other accounts on the server. This is not a problem for me, but similarly I have another host on the server with an ID that I have granted host administrator privaledges to, so he can take care of e-mail accounts on his domain.
