I wanted to send out an update to forum on what we have been able to discover about the list problems. It appears that there were two separate issues that just happened to have occurred at the same time.
The first was data corruption of the list file, user error not software related. A good intentioned reconstruction of the list was done but the digest users mistakenly got placed into the standard mode list. Backups of the files were restored so we may have lost some add/deletes to the list but it should be close. Secondly, we did notice that a few people complained about getting subscribe or unsubscribe confirmation messages. This one has been a bit more difficult for us to track down, though our IT, testing and development departments are working together to see if we can track down the cause. This may have just been a coincidence and unrelated to the issue above.
