Hello, We are taking over several domains for a company. They mail was setup as incoming -mail.domain.com outgoing - smtp.domain.com
I just always used mailserver.domain.com To keep the techsupport calls down want to make sure that we setup the dns right. These will be setup as Virtuals. so what is the proper way to setup the smtp.domain.com in dns. domain.com in mx mail.domain.com mail.domain.com in a 123.456.789 should I smtp in cname mail or smtp.domain.com in a 123.456.789 thanks mark Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
