There are a number of possibilities:
[1] The .bat files are sent with the filenames not in quotes, which the
above filter would not catch
[2] The .bat files are uuencoded, BinHix encoded, or TNEF encoded, which
the above filter would not catch
[3] Since the .bat files are text-based, there is a chance they could get
sent inline, without using the standard "name =" or "filename =".
