I'm a real novice
with iMail and I'm having problems with the web messaging portion of it. The
problem I'm experiencing is that users who attempt to log in using secure mode
are able to log in and do everything they need to do, except
deleting messages. Users click on the delete button and they get a response that
the page cannot be found. While I realize that deleting the message may have
nothing to do with it, I wondered if any of you out there have had a similar
problem. I contacted Ipswitch about it and they said that it was some sort of
time out between the browser and the mail server... sounded like a quick excuse
to get me off the phone, but that's just my take on it.
Any advice or help
would be appreciated.
