Okay, I don't know if you will even believe me, but I'll try anyway. Last
week I had a user who all of a sudden couldn't get email to his direct
account which is "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". He couldn't get email at his
alias either but I could see the server get that email. I tried everything
under the sun to fix the problem including blowing away his Outlook account
setup and removed and created his Imail account from scratch again. Finally,
after much desperation, I simply changed his Imail account password and all
of sudden everything worked again! I don't have the slightest idea why that
would work but maybe some of you do.

Now here is my current problem, another user who can get email at her full
account address of "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", can no longer get email to
her from her alias of "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". I log in to the web interface as
her and send email to her alias and it's not even getting to the server.

The only thing I've done to our Imail server in the last month is upgrade to
the 7.07 patch. Has anybody seen similar problems or have any clue on what
is causing these problems?
