Henrik, As soon as our development department publishes an update or fix for the Mail to Fax software, I will let you know. We have had some problems with the stability of the Web Messaging service, but a maintenance release scheduled to be distributed very soon has redesigned the service and has dramatically improved the stability and reliability of it.
