I catch about 100 Klez every day with Declude Some of the notification messages Declude sends out bounce back, but I just delete those

We got hit hard a couple weeks ago, but I put in rules based on the subject lines that Klez uses to kill the infected messages. We've got a resurgence of Klez now, and I'm wondering what the best way to stop it is (Imail 7.07). Does Declude stop it, and if so w/ what AV scanner? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
