That's a (fairly) dangerous thing to do; the spool files use an 
undocumented proprietary format.  It would usually be better to just use 
SMTP, which is a well documented standard.

That's up to you to figure out.  The spool file format is not documented, 
so nobody here can give you any definite answers.  However, the format is 
pretty easy to figure out, so if you really want to do it, you should be 
able to.
