You can use IMail's "Kill List" in the SMTP Security settings to prevent it
from accepting the E-mail (you have to check the IMail logs and look for
the "MAIL FROM:" entry; this may be different from the "From:" or
"Reply-To:" headers).
Or, you can use AV software, which would automatically block the virus. :)
